By commissioning me you will be accepting this next terms and conditions.✦⊱⤏ If your commission is for PERSONAL USE you must have visible the respective CREDITS that concern me as the artist of that commission when you use it (PFP, Banner, Schedule). Only by purchasing a commercial use license (explained later) can you bypass this rule.
✦⊱⤏Without exception, if the total amount of your request is less than $100, 100% must be paid when requesting your commission to take into account your place on the Waiting List. (This rule was added due to the history of unfulfilled customers who cancel their request at the last minute, sorry for the inconvenience).
✦⊱⤏In the case of an order that exceeds the amount of $100 (usd), you can divide it into two payments of 50% to start with your order and another 50% after delivering the lineart of your commission.
✦⊱⤏If your commission spends more than 72 hours on "Waiting for a request" status on the waiting list, I will assume that you are no longer interested and proceed to cancel your order. Remember to check your DMs please.
✦⊱⤏No more than three changes to the first sketch and no more than two to the color palette will be allowed. YOU MUST BE SPECIFIC WITH YOUR REFERENCES WHEN YOU ORDER.
✦⊱⤏ Changes or adjustments to the final product will have an extra cost, so you must be clear about what you want.
✦⊱⤏My commissions consist only of DIGITAL drawings not physical products.
✦⊱⤏ The COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE of my commissions (creation and sale of merchandise, advertising, etc.) have an increase of 100% over the base price.
✦⊱⤏ When commissioning me, you must attach the following in your order: Complete references of different angles of the character / oc / avatar, in case of requiring character design complete references (face, clothes, color palettes).
✦⊱⤏ I won't take any responsability for mistakes that may occur because of lack of references (or outdated ones) or bad/poor descriptions. You have to be very specific!
✦⊱⤏ Any ALREADY PAID work can be modified solely for the client's personal use.
✦⊱⤏ Specify in advance if your commission is for an exact date to have it on time. Also specify if your commission is private or gives me permission to post progress.
✦⊱⤏ Rush orders have a +50% fee.
✦⊱⤏ You can not request a refund, once the commission has already started it can not be refunded.
✦⊱⤏ If I find myself with complications to finish your commission in this case, a refund will be issued.
✦⊱⤏ How long will it take me to finish your commission? When I send you the first sketch via DM the approximate time will be one or two weeks.
✦⊱⤏ Please be patient, do not rush my work time.
✦⊱⤏ My prices are in USD and my only payment method abroad is PayPal by invoice.
✦⊱⤏ You have to give me your Paypal e-mail so I send you an invoice with the final price.
✦⊱⤏ Any violation of any of these Terms will cause you to be added to my Black List which makes it impossible for you to commission me again.
